Presenters: Nate Curran (CEI Entrepreneur-in-Residence), Courtney Klein (Seed Spot), and Scarlett Spring (VisionGate). This session will center on sourcing and selecting the right founding team as well as developing a great company culture to help recruit and retain top talent.

Panel Discussion with CEI mentors Terry Mullane, Keith Stoneback, Tom Lagerhausen and Anthony Bajoras. This panel will discuss opportunities and challenges with developing and refining a business model, based on specific industries such as social/nonprofit, biotech, cleantech and software-as-a-service.
